Search Engine Optimization Rights and ResponsibilitiesAssignment & Responsiblities

The client will assume and perform the following responsibilities diligently.

  1. Provide answers to the questionnaire provided
  2. Timely response on clarifications required
  3. Site FTP location, username and password*
  4. Last 3 months traffic access log report (if applicable)
    1. * FTP access to the site is required for carrying out complete site analysis and uploading of the edited files. We will undertake to maintain highest levels of security in the FTP access provided.

As SEO consultants, we shall assume the following responsibilities –

  1. Providing timely reports on keyword research, site optimization, site submission and site ranking as mentioned in the deliverables.
  2. Optimization of the Website to make it Search Engine Friendly.
  3. Offering advice, clarifications and consulting as required by
    email/phone/messenger over the project duration.
  4. Submission Report
