During the execution of the complete project, following reports will be provided to the client:
- Initial Questionnaire: Initial questionnaire will be provided to the client, which will help us understand your site and services.
- Target Audience Analysis: Our SEO team will do a target audience analysis for your website and will suggest you the web campaigns for more effective results.
- Competitors Analysis: We will analyze your competitors’ website and create a strategy, which will provide you an edge over your competitors.
- Magic Keyword Research Report: Detailed keyword collection report will be provided in the form of Excel sheet having keyword phrases and its popularity. Keywords will be generated using Keyword Index Algorithm. Client can also provide suggestions on the keywords, which can help us improve the list.
- Site Optimization Report: Website will be optimized using Meta Tags and keywords generated. Number of pages to be optimized depends on the size of the website.
- Submission Report: Website is finally submitted with various search engines and directories. Client is provided with the list of search engines and directories, where the website is submitted.
- Reports: We will be sending 15 extensively searched reports like site ranking report, traffic report, keyword analysis reports, and recommendation reports based on the hits on the website. AWSTATS will be configured on the web server. Status reports will be sent every 24 hours. One dedicated Project Manager will be assigned and responsible for all the periodic updates.
